    Shipping Policy

    New Zealand Delivery

    All New Zealand orders are dispatched via Post Haste courier with full insurance and tracking included. Every package is insured against damage or loss during transit — you are covered from the moment your order leaves our hands.

    Dispatch & Delivery Times

    • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received

    Damaged or Lost Parcels

    In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, all packages are fully insured. Contact us immediately using our contact form and we will manage the insurance claim and replacement on your behalf. Do not discard damaged packaging — photos of damaged packaging and contents will be required for the insurance claim.

    30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — Bioptron Devices

    We stand behind Bioptron completely. All Bioptron devices purchased through this website are covered by the manufacturer's 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

    If within 30 days of receiving your Bioptron device you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us using our contact form and we will discuss your options including return and refund.

    To initiate a return under the 30-day guarantee, please use the Contact Us form on our website within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions.

    Return Conditions

    To be eligible for return under the 30-day guarantee:

    • The device must be returned in its original packaging with all The device must be returned in a condition, free from misuse, damage, or tampering, and with all original packaging, components, accessories, promotional items, and documentation intact. Returned units will undergo a quality assurance inspection to ensure compliance.
    • This offer is valid for first-time Bioptron device purchasers only, and is limited to one claim per household. Devices must be purchased directly from Bioptron New Zealand(Bioptronnewzealand.co.nz). Before lodging a claim, customers must first contact us to discuss their experience and receive support. In many cases, further guidance can improve results. If the customer still wishes to proceed, they must complete a written feedback form detailing their experience, usage consistency, and reason for dissatisfaction. This helps us continually improve product support and service.
    • Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
    • Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return shipping of the device. Bioptron NZ is not liable for loss or damage in transit.
    • Upon receipt of the device, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 working days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    Items Not Covered by the 30-Day Guarantee

    The following are not covered by the 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

    • Consumable items including OXY Sterile Spray and skincare products
    • Lenses and accessories (unless received damaged — see Warranty section)
    • Digital products, Bioptron Hire and Bioptron Academy access
    • This guarantee is offered as part of a genuine wellness partnership. It is intended to support customers who have actively engaged with the device in pursuit of meaningful health outcomes. It is not applicable in cases of buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or where the product has not been used as recommended. Claims must reflect a sincere attempt to experience the benefits of Bioptron therapy.

    Change of Mind Returns

    For change of mind returns outside the 30-day guarantee period, please contact us using our contact form. We will consider each case individually. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

    Bioptron Device Warranty

    All Bioptron devices purchased from Brilin Limited include the following manufacturer warranty:

    Warranty Claims

    To make a warranty claim:

    1. Contact us using the Contact Us form on our website describing the fault
    2. Our team will assess your claim and respond within one business day
    3. If the claim is approved we will arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate
    4. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself — this will void the warranty

    Warranty Exclusions

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents or modifications
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by failure to follow the operating instructions
    • Lenses unless received damaged — inspect lenses on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if damaged
    • Light bulb damage caused by improper handling or storage

    Lens Damage on Arrival

    Lenses are generally not covered under warranty. However if your lenses arrive damaged, contact us using the Contact Us form within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess each case individually.

    Consumer Guarantees Act

    Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor failures we are entitled to choose whether to repair or replace the product.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
